Site Minds wasn’t just a project it was a spark.
Born from a deep desire to make data-driven growth more accessible, Site Minds started as an ambitious idea during my early university days.
Today, it’s a fully registered AI-powered platform protecting over 600 million domains, empowering organizations to analyze, grow, and secure their digital footprint at scale.
In this section, I’ll walk you through the evolution of Site Minds from sketches and sleepless nights to intellectual property registration, real-world product deployment, and building a team of top-tier engineers and researchers. Because for me, entrepreneurship isn’t about just launching a company it’s about solving real problems, creating lasting value, and leading with purpose.
What started as a curious spark during my early university years has grown into a full-fledged AI-powered platform serving over 600 million domains.
Site Minds began as a simple vision to help businesses understand and enhance their digital footprint using data. Through countless trials, pivots, and passionate nights, that vision became reality.
This timeline walks you through each chapter the challenges, breakthroughs, and milestones that shaped Site Minds into what it is today.
The spark was lit in 2022. With my deep understanding of business operations and how companies make decisions, I began noticing a gap: startups and enterprises were wasting precious time trying to find competitive intelligence — “Who are our real competitors in this region? What do their customers care about? Are they growing? Funded?”
While platforms existed to analyze your own domain traffic and presence, nothing offered instant clarity on the external digital landscape your competitors, their traffic, their strengths, and their funding history all in one click.
This is where the vision for Site Minds was born: a platform that wouldn’t just show you your online presence, but tell you how you stand against everyone else in your category, your region, your market.
The year of execution. I formed a 10-member cross-functional team and revisited the concept from every angle.
What if, in just one click, a company could:
Discover every direct and indirect competitor,
See their traffic insights, products, investor interests, and more,
Know who got funded, how much, by whom, and from which accelerator?
We integrated all of that and more. As our prototype took shape, we invited enterprise partners to try it and their response was overwhelming. They didn’t just love it; they wanted pricing offers for full-year commitments.
By the end of 2023, our team grew to 13 people, and Site Minds had a live database of over 600 million domains.
I presented Site Minds as my official graduation project and the feedback from the academic panel was phenomenal. That same month, we publicly launched SiteMinds v1, opening the doors to companies with a one-week free trial.
Within days, dozens of businesses joined. We refined our product based on real feedback and quickly secured over 30 active clients, signing time-based contracts (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) with companies of all sizes.
Later that year, Site Minds was invited to Google Week Day Thailand by Google Startups Thailand, highlighting our innovation to a global startup audience.
The buzz kept growing:
Over 70 local and international newspapers and TV channels covered our story.
My university featured us as one of the leading tech success stories in the region.
Site Minds wasn’t just a platform anymore it was a movement.
The our journey reached new heights:
Our team expanded to 20 talented minds.
We crossed 50+ active clients, ranging from startups to global enterprises.
Most notably, we were selected to represent our country in the Entrepreneurship World Cup 2025 (EWC) among the top 1000 startups globally from 165 countries.
And yes, we didn’t stop there Site Minds advanced to the Top 250 finalists worldwide, solidifying its position as a world-class venture ready for global scale.
Site Minds started with a bold question what if we could see the digital world around us as clearly as we see ourselves?
Today, we’ve answered that with over 600 million domains mapped, dozens of enterprise clients served, and a platform trusted across industries and borders.
But this is just the beginning.
As we move forward, our mission is to:
Integrate real-time funding signals, product shifts, and AI-generated strategy recommendations
Expand language and regional insights across Africa, MENA, and Southeast Asia
Support early-stage founders, researchers, and enterprise strategists with tailored solutions
Push the boundaries of what domain intelligence can empower — from growth to governance
We're building not just a tool but the new standard in competitive and digital landscape awareness.
Whether you're a founder, investor, partner, or just curious we’d love to have you with us.
